Three fresh cheeses, three workshops
Our three fresh-cheesemaking workshops walk you through the essentials of crafting ricotta, feta, and mozzarella, giving you the confidence to heat, curd, drain, salt, and stretch your way to beautiful homemade cheeses. Each session includes live chef demonstrations that turn your freshly made cheese into simple, delicious appetizers, inspiring you with creative ways to enjoy your new skills right away.
Whether you’re new to the kitchen or an experienced cook, these skills will connect you to the milk you’re using as you’re wowed by its transformation into fresh cheese.
Homestead Kitchen
Fresh local ingredients, transformed for busy families. In our full-day crock pot workshop, you’ll create four different meals to take home, (each meal feeding a family of 4) enjoy an included lunch, collaboration, and learn cost- and time-saving techniques.
